Here are two references from me, from the people with the closest daily insights into my work, on their Lotus Notes automation projects....
(This my request, below is the provided reference...)
Hello, T____ ,
Please write a reference for me, describing: your role, my efforts, and your technical evaluation of my "object-oriented programming" for E___ Inc -- to automate (via my new custom standard LotusScript libraries) all the data movement and tracking between their various Lotus Notes database?
Big Thanks!

(Here is the reply, to my request above...)
My name is T___ G____.
I am Lotus Notes Developer/Administrator,
at E___ Inc.
Thomas worked as Lotus Notes Consultant for E___ Inc in 2000.
He worked on a project for synchronization data of the central Customers database with several other databases (Opportunities / Forecast / Project Status tracking dbs).
All of these databases required specific actions during the data synchronization.
Hence the project involved object oriented programming and development of new custom Lotus Script library.
When I worked with Thomas, I was impressed by his analytical abilities, deep knowledge of the Lotus Notes data structure and his high expertise in object-oriented programming.
I would recommend Thomas for any kind of Lotus Notes development projects.
Regards,
T____ G_____,
Lotus Notes Developer
and Domino Administrator

Hello, E_____,
Please write a reference for me, describing: your role, the messy databases, the messy corporate merger, and my efforts there, at C_____ S_____, Inc -- particularly, about my initial efforts to solve the significant problem of identifying and extracting the vital sales data from the messy, undocumented Lotus Notes databases (under the high-pressure time constraint of the impending quarterly financial reports).
Also, please write about the nature of my final programming solution for providing ongoing automated weekly transfers of that data -- with very easy visual user interface, for data transfers triggered by the receiving user, of data approved by you for that transfer, with full error-handling and visual status reporting and historical overview (super cool tool, for sure)!
Big Thanks!

My name is E____ G_____ . . .
In regards to the request above, I initially began working with Thomas Hatfield due to the corporate merger at C____ S____ Inc. I was the Software Operations Manager in the Finance Department and was the internal contact for the large projects of extracting the financial data and providing it to the corporate office. I tested and provided daily feedback to Thomas which he implemented to his designs during the projects.
I collaborated with Thomas to identify the financial and customer data from the Lotus Notes databases that was required by the corporate office. The Lotus Notes databases had a history of inconsistencies in the product, customer and reseller data which proved to be a challenge with providing historical financial and customer data to the corporate managers. Thomas created and implemented a customer database along with programming the extraction of the financial and customer data to an elaborate Excel spreadsheet. Thomas designed and completed the project under the tight deadline and pressure due to the financial quarter end.
The final Lotus Notes project included the automation of the weekly financial and customer transfer of data to the corporate office. Thomas designed and programmed the automation which included an appealing interface and streamline usability for all internal departmental users and managers. There was a strict approval process for the data transfer that I conducted weekly which Thomas programmed the approval process along with flagging any error-handling and a full status report. The corporate managers received the financial report in a timely manner and had full visibility of the data at quarter end.
It was a pleasure to work with Thomas due to the grand scale of the projects and tight deadlines. Please contact me if any additional information is required at this time.
